Account Deletion
1. How to request deletion (in-app)
- Open the yolk app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Home > Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Optionally enter a reason, then confirm deletion.
The request is processed immediately after confirmation in the app.
2. Data deleted
- Authentication account used to access yolk.
- Primary profile access link to that authentication account.
3. Data that may be retained
- Limited safety/compliance records may remain for abuse prevention, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
- Account deletion request audit records may be retained in a restricted internal table.
4. Retention period
Retained records are kept only as long as required for applicable legal, security, and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
5. If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request to support@yolkmeet.com from your registered contact and include information that helps us verify account ownership.
